Welcome to all our new and continuing students in Semester 2.

Swinburne is known for its student-focused approach to higher education. This semester we introduce a range of new initiatives including Swinburne’s Academic Personal Best (APB) program.

The Academic Personal Best program is the first of its kind in Australia. It aims to assist students develop the skills they need to achieve their personal bests and reach their individual goals in higher education.

The program is open to first year undergraduate students and we are currently taking enrolments. To apply for the program or find out more visit swinburne.edu.au/personalbest

To develop the Academic Personal Best program we invited students to complete a self evaluation tool and more than 1000 students opted to take part. You can read about the overall findings in the Higher Ground blog.

The Academic Personal Best program launch is at Hawthorn campus on August 12. The event includes guest speakers, prize ceremony and refreshments.
