Swinburne’s Aviation Simulation Laboratory is home to Victoria’s only Redbird flight simulator and Australia’s only Flylt Professional Helicopter Simulator. The flight simulators are used to investigate issues such as pilot fatigue and inexperience, and the impact on adverse weather on aviation operations.
